CHOCOLATE MINT TORTE 
CAKE LAYER:

1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (16 oz.) can Hershey's syrup

Mix above ingredients and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Cut lengthwise and halve.

MINT LAYER:

2 c. powdered sugar (10X)
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. creme d'menthe

Mix above ingredients and spread between cake layers.

CHOCOLATE GLAZE:

1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
6 tbsp. butter

Melt; cool; pour over torte. Let set before cutting.
