1 1/2 c. flour
3 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Mix above ingredients. Press into bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 370 degrees. Cool.

1ST LAYER - FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip

Soften cheese and beat together with powdered sugar and add Cool Whip. Spread on cooled crust.

2ND LAYER:

3 sm. pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
4 1/2 c. milk

Mix together and pour on cheese layer.

3RD LAYER:

When pudding is set, top with Cool Whip and chopped nuts. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
