CHOCOLATE TORTE DESSERT 
Make in layers in 9x13 pan.

1ST LAYER:

Mix together and press into bottom of pan. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool completely.

1 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 stick butter

2ND LAYER:

Mix together and spread over 1st layer.

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

3RD LAYER:

Mix in bowl with 4 cups milk. When thick pour over 2nd layer.

1 1/2 pkgs. sm. instant chocolate pudding
1 1/2 pkgs. sm. instant vanilla pudding

4TH LAYER:

Top with Cool Whip. Grate a chocolate bar over top and chill overnight.

Buy 13 ounce size of Cool Whip.
