MEAT LOAF WITH APRICOT SAUCE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. ground sausage
1 sm. jar sweet pickles, chopped fine
1 onion, grated
Lemon juice
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 sm. can tomato sauce

SAUCE:

1 lg. can apricots
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. ketchup

Mix all ingredients, except lemon juice, well. Shape into 2 meat loaves (good for freezing one for a later time). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

SAUCE: Strain apricots with juice from pan, add vinegar, mustard and ketchup. Beat often while cooking.
