APRICOT BARS 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. butter
12 oz. apricot preserves

Mix first four ingredients. Cut in butter until crumble. Spread half of mixture into 9"x13" pan. Spread preserves on top and sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut into bars when cool.
