ORANGE CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jello
1 c. hot water
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. pineapple juice (from can crushed pineapple, drained)
14 oz. orange cranberry relish (comes in a jar)
1/2-1 c. celery, chopped (optional)
1/2 c. nuts (pecans or walnuts), chopped
1 can crushed pineapple, drained and reserved (let drain overnight and you have about 1 cup to use)

Dissolve Jello in hot water; add lemon juice, sugar and pineapple juice. Stir until completely dissolved. Chill until partially set. Add relish, celery, nuts and pineapple juice.
