OATMEAL CARMELITAS 
2 c. flour
2 c. quick oatmeal
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. butter, melted

Combine to form crumbs. Press half into 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Place 2 cups of chocolate chips on top of crust. Mix 1 1/2 cups caramel ice cream topping and 3 tablespoons of flour. Drizzle over chocolate chips. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture over caramel topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
