INDIAN TACO 
1 1/2 -2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion
Salt to taste
Diced tomatoes
Shredded lettuce
Shredded cheddar cheese
Diced bell peppers
1 c. flour
5-6 tbsp. water
Crisco oil for frying

In medium skillet brown meat and onion; drain. (Heat oil.) Mix flour and water to make dough. Divide into balls. Roll into a 6" circle. Drop into hot oil until browned. Remove and drain. Add meat, lettuce, tomato, cheese and peppers. Top with taco sauce and sour cream.
