7 - UP EVERGREEN PUNCH 
4 pt. lime sherbet
12 (7 oz.) bottles 7-up

Spoon 3 pints of sherbet into punch bowl. Let sherbet soften at room temperature for about 5 minutes. Then slowly pour in chilled 7-up, stirring slightly in order to combine with sherbet. Float generous scoopfuls of the remaining sherbet on top of the punch. Makes about 35 servings.
