48 Oreo cookies (crushed in blender)
2 sm. boxes vanilla pudding (prepared)
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
16 oz. Cool Whip

Cream together prepared pudding, cream cheese and Cool Whip. In a glass bowl, start with Oreos, then creamed layer, then Oreos, then creamed layer. End with Oreos. Can add gummie worms.
