PUFFS FRENCH TOAST 
1 c. unbleached flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1 c. milk
2 eggs
8 slices whole grain bread or Boney fresh baked French bread

Mix together all the ingredients except bread. Dip the bread, let the bread soak up the egg mixture. Fry on grill (oiled). Serve with Sweet Pea's Strawberry Cream Dip.
