LETTUCE AND CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 head lettuce, chopped
1 head cauliflower, chopped
2 c. mayonnaise
1 med. onion, chopped
1 jar bacos
1 (3 oz.) can Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. sugar

Place lettuce and cauliflower, in layers in bowl. Seal with mayonnaise. Sprinkle remaining ingredients on top of mayonnaise, in order given. Seal with plastic wrap. Let set in refrigerator, 12 hours or overnight. Toss and serve.
