LIME GELATIN MOLD 
1 (3 oz.) lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water or 1 c. pineapple juice
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. green olives, sliced

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add cold water. Let set slightly, and add pineapple, celery, green pepper and olives. Pour into mold and let set.

LAYER 2:
1 (3 oz.) lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) pineapple yogurt

When first layer is set, mix Jello and boiling water until Jello is dissolved. Add yogurt to Jello mixture and pour over top of set layer.
