GLAZED STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 qt. whole strawberries
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. cold water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Red food coloring

Sift sugar, cornstarch and salt; add water and cook until clear and thick. Add lemon juice and coloring. Cool slightly. Pour glaze over whole berries. Mix carefully. When cool, pour into baked crust and top with Cool Whip. Garnish with fresh berries.
