1 sm. pkg. dried apricots
2 c. sugarfifth 100 proof vodka

Rinse apricots thoroughly. Add sugar and vodka. Mix with wooden spoon. Put in glass covered container. Mix every day 1st week. Then occasionally, wait at least 6 months. Apricots can then be puree and placed over cake or ice cream, etc.
