CORNED BEEF SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 can corned beef
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. chopped cabbage
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. grated onion

Prepare Jello according to package directions. Let set until thick. Beat until light. Fold in mayonnaise. Break up corned beef and add to Jello mixture. Add chopped ingredients and mix well and let congeal. Serve on lettuce leaf.
