FRESH STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 baked pie shell
1 1/4 to 1 1/2 qts. fresh, cleaned strawberries (whole)
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. water
Pinch of salt
1 sm. box strawberry Jello

Mix sugar and cornstarch, add water and salt in saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly over heat until thickens. Add box of Jello and mix. Set aside.

Heap berries in pie shell. Pour Jello mixture over berries. Cover and put in refrigerator for about 2-4 hours. Serve with whipped topping. Fresh raspberry using raspberry Jello is also very good.
