1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. caramel extract
1 c. finely chopped peanuts

Whip ingredients together with electric mixer. Use sliced apples to dip in.
