1 (16-20 lb) turkey
1 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. salt
1/8 oz. garlic juice
1/8 oz. Tabasco sauce
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. Accent

Combine all ingredients, add enough warm water to make 1 pint of sauce. Inject with huge needle into bird and let rest overnight.

Good for grilled turkey.
