DRIED BEEF CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 pkgs. dried beef
1 sm. pkg. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. onions, chopped fine
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped fine
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients. Reserve enough pecans to roll cheese ball in. Form into 1 large ball. Roll in pecans; cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate before serving.
