CLUB SAUCE 
1 dozen lg. ripe tomatoes
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. salt
6 onions
2 red hot peppers
1 c. vinegar
6 sweet red peppers

Peel and chop tomatoes. Grind 2 red hot peppers and onions. Add vinegar, salt, and sugar. Cook 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Grind sweet peppers and add to sauce. Cook 15 minutes longer. Can while hot.
