NO FLIG OMELETTE | |
4 eggs 1 c. milk 3/4 c. cubed ham 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed 1/2 c. green pepper, diced 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. mushroom pieces, drained 12 single saltine crackers, crushed Beat 4 eggs and milk. Add all other ingredients. Pour into greased 8 x 8 inch pan and bake uncovered 40 to 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Double for 9 x 13 inch pan. Triple for 2 x 12 x 8 inch pan. Can be made 1 to 2 days in advance and refrigerated. Warm when ready to serve. |
