MEXICAN CHILI CHEESE BALLS | |
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated 3 oz. cream cheese 1/2 clove garlic, crushed 1/4 c. chili powder Combine Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and garlic until well blended. Make into small balls about the size of marbles. Roll these in chili powder and chill. These may be kept in the refrigerator for about a week or they may be frozen. Makes 75. |
