CHILI - CHEESE BALL 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
1/8 lb. blue or Roquefort cheese
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Old English pasteurized process cheese spread
1/2 lb. American cheese

Keep all cheeses cold and put through a meat grinder, alternating kinds of cheese. Halfway through, put garlic through grinder. Mix all ingredients and shape into a ball or roll. Roll in powdered red chili. Wrap in wax paper and then in foil. Refrigerate 1 hour. May be frozen.
