GREEN CHILI CHEESE BALL 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. shredded Colby cheese
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. bottled hot pepper sauce
Salt to taste

In bowl, combine all ingredients. Blend well. Place mixture on wax paper or plastic wrap. Wrap and form into ball. Chill for several hours. Serve spread with crackers.
