MEXICAN CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cooked, deboned
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Nacho cheese Doritos

In large casserole dish, layer chips, chicken, onion and peppers. Repeat. Over this pour soups and Rotel. Cover with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
