STOVE TOP STUFFED PEPPERS 
3 or 4 bell pepper, sliced
Hamburger, 1 lb.
Onion or onion soup mix
Tomato sauce, 2 or 3 sm. cans
Garlic salt
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
Salt and pepper, to taste

Option: For added extra taste add package of spaghetti mix.

Cook hamburger, onions and sliced bell pepper until done. Drain grease add other ingredients, simmer well. Cooking time about 20 minutes. Serves 5 or 6.

Well, I really wanted STUFFED bell peppers, so we used your recipe (used Jasmine Rice!) and had to use three small cans of tomato sauce. But we bought red bell peppers, and left them uncooked and whole, and stuffed them. They were FANTASTIC! Now we're freezing the leftovers in single serving size bags, so we can defrost and eat whenever!
