RHUBARB PIE 
2 1/2 c. rhubarb
2 egg yolks
2 heaping tbsp. flour
1 c. cream
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
Grated rind and juice of 1 orange

Beat egg yolks - add sugar and orange juice and rind - add flour and cream. Mix well - add rhubarb. Makes a 10 inch pie. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
