1 lb. ground beef
2 c. raw potatoes, peeled and diced
2 sm. onions, chopped fine
2 c. thin cream
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine ingredients; pour into 2 1/2 quart casserole. Bake, covered, 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Remove cover last half hour of cooking to brown top. Serves 4.
