JIFFY FRUIT COBBLER 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1 (#303) size can sweetened fruit (any kind)

Melt butter in a deep pie pan (2 quart casserole is fine). Make a thin batter of the flour, sugar, milk, baking powder, and salt. Pour over melted butter, then spoon the can of fruit over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. A crust will form on top of fruit.
