ITS IN THE BAG SALAD 
1/4 c. bits o brickle or toasted slivered almonds
4 c. lettuce or amount needed
1 c. chopped celery
2 green onions or red onion (chopped)
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained

Refrigerate no longer than 14 hours.

DRESSING:

1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/4 c. salad oil
1 tsp. parsley flakes

Shake in jar and refrigerate.

Just before serving, pour dressing and oranges into the bag, shake and coat. Pour salad into bowl, top with bit o brickle or almonds. This is also good with broccoli stem hearts sliced thin, or banana.
