1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. cinnamon
Pinch of ginger
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
4 c. tart, sliced apples
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts

Mix all ingredients well except apples, raisins and nuts. When well mixed, remaining items. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.

1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
Dab of butter

Mix and cook until thick - pour over baked cake.
