PARTY HAM ROLLS 
1-1 1/2 sticks butter, softened
3 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
3 tbsp. Grey Poupon mustard
1 med. grated onion
2 pkg. croissant (dinner rolls may be substituted)
1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
1/2 lb. sliced ham

Mix together butter, poppy seed, Worcestershire sauce, Gray Poupon mustard and onion. Slice croissant in half. Spread both sides with above mixture. Place ham on the bottom half of the croissant, and sprinkle with cheese. Place top half on cheese. Wrap in foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Let cool slightly. Slice croissant in thirds or fourths. Serve warm. Makes approximately 20.
