HAM BALLS FOR A PARTY 
2 1/2 lb. ground ham
1 lb. lean pork
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. milk
3 c. ground graham crackers
3 eggs

Grind the meats together. Add milk, crackers and eggs. Work with hands. Roll in balls. Place in cakepans.

SAUCE:

Mix together and pour over ham balls:

2 cans tomato soup
2 c. brown sugar
Garlic salt
2/3 c. vinegar
Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard

Cook uncovered at 350 degrees for one hour. Reheat to serve in crockpot or chafing dish.
