APPLE MOLD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. strawberry Jello
1/8 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. boiling water
1 can cranberry sauce
2 c. apples, grated
1 banana, mashed
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Dissolve Jello and salt in boiling water. Break up cranberry sauce with a fork and add to gelatin mixture. Add bananas and apples and nuts. Pour into mold and chill until firm.
