JOHNNY APPLESEED RICE PUDDING | |
1/2 c. brown rice (dry) 2 c. apple juice 1/8 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. raisins Combine and bring to a boil. Cover and cook on low heat for 40 minutes. 1 1/2 c. dried apples 2 tbsp. honey Add and cook 10 minutes longer. Top with nuts and serve plain or with cream or whipped topping. Serves 6. 167 calories per serving. |
