PINA COLADA CAKE | |
1 box yellow cake mix or white (with pudding) 1 (16 oz.) can pina colada mix 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 pkg. frozen coconut 1 (8 oz.) carton whipped topping Mix cake by directions on box. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan. While cake is baking mix together the pina colada mix and milk. Stir well. While cake is hot, punch holes in the top with wooden spoon handle. Pour mixture over cake and allow to cool completely. Spread whipped topping on cake then sprinkle coconut on top. Keep cake in refrigerator. |
