CHILI 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork sausage
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chili
1 (32 oz.) can whole tomatoes, crushed
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 pkg. 2-alarm chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
Dash of Tabasco
2 (32 oz.) can kidney beans, undrained
1 (32 oz.) can chili beans
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. flour

Brown meat and drain. Add onion, celery, chilies, tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, Tabasco and beans. Cover and simmer for 2 hours. Dissolve flour and water. Add to chili. Stir until thickened. Serves 8.

NOTE: Try diced chicken and turkey sausage for a change.
