LO-CAL EGGNOG FOR TWO 
2 eggs, separated
2 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. bourbon
Nutmeg

Mix bourbon and egg yolks. Set aside.

Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually beat in sugar. Fold egg- bourbon mixture into beaten egg whites.

Pour into two glasses. Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve with a spoon. Can be refrigerated briefly.
