HARRIET'S POTATO SALAD 
5 lb. potatoes
6 eggs
1 lg. jar pimento
1/2 c. relish
1/2 c. olives, sliced
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. sour cream
1 lg. onion, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste

Peel potatoes and chop into sizeable chunks. Boil potatoes and eggs, 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain well. Peel eggs and chop up. Drain relish and pimento. After potatoes have cooled, add all ingredients. Mix lightly, folding ingredients into potatoes, taking care not to mash the potatoes.
