HOT POTATO-FRANK SALAD 
4 med. potatoes, cooked
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1/2 c. Italian dressing
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
6 frankfurters, cooked and sliced
1/4 c. pickle relish
1/2 tsp. salt

Peel and slice hot potatoes; add frankfurters, eggs, onions and relish. Combine dressing, salt and mustard in small saucepan. Heat, while stirring, until hot. Pour over potato mixture, tossing gently. Serves 6.
