CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
8 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
16 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. Hi Ho Crackers (or Ritz)

Boil chicken breasts for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Cool and break into pieces in a bowl. Add soup and sour cream. Pour into casserole dish. Break crackers over top. Put a little butter over crackers.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
