CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli or 1 1/2 lbs. fresh, cook and arrange on bottom of casserole
3 chicken breasts (or one whole chicken) precooked and deboned (cooked with little water)

SAUCE:

1 can cream of chicken soup (may add or substitute thickened chicken broth)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 to 1 tsp. curry powder

Lay chicken over broccoli, then add sauce, cheese, bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 45 minutes.
