MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground round steak
1 onion
3/4 to 1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can Frito Lay bean dip
Tomatoes, fresh (4 to 6)
Onion
Black olives
Green pepper
Muenster cheese
Doritos
Taco sauce
Lettuce

Mix ground round and onion and brown. Drain. Put mixture back on stove and add taco seasoning and about 3/4 to 1 cup water. Mix well, then add bean dip. Simmer about 10 minutes.

Layer Pyrex dish with Doritos. Pour meat and bean mixture on top. Chop fresh tomatoes, onion, black olives and green pepper and layer each one on top. Shred 1 to 2 packages Muenster cheese and put on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve on a bed of lettuce and taco sauce.
