PIZZA CRUST 
1 c. warm water
1 pkg. active dry yeast
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. oil

Dissolve yeast in water and let stand 5 minutes. Preheat oven to low. Stir in flour, salt, and oil. Knead until it forms a smooth ball. Shut off oven and put dough in a greased, covered bowl and put in open oven about 10 minutes. Dough makes two 9 inch pizzas or one large pizza. Pat dough in a greased pizza pan; pinch excess at top edge to stand a little above pan, similar to a pie crust. Turn oven to 450 degrees after rising dough. Precook crust 10 minutes or until lightly brown.

Spread tomato sauce and oregano, Mozzarella cheese and topping of your choice on crust and cook to desired crispness about 10-15 minutes.
