BOB'S PECAN PIE 
1 stick butter
1 box light brown sugar
2 tbsp. self-rising corn meal
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 c. pecans (chopped as desired)

Melt butter; add sugar, meal, then eggs and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Pour pecans in slightly baked 9-inch pie shells, 1 cup in each. Pour mixture over nuts. DO NOT STIR!

Bake at 275 degrees for 45 minutes.
