BANANA SPLIT CAKE 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
2 c. confectioners sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 sliced bananas
1 can crushed pineapple
1 lg. container Cool Whip
Chopped cherries; optional
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. coconut

Make crust out of crumbs, sugar, and butter. Beat sugar, eggs, butter, and vanilla until fluffy. Then top with bananas, pineapple, Cool Whip, cherries, pecans, and coconut. Refrigerate before serving.
