BAKED CUSTARD 
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. hot milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Nutmeg to taste

Combine eggs, sugar and salt. Stir in the milk gradually. Add vanilla and pour into custard cups. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Set cups into a pan of hot water. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
