1 c. graham cracker crumbs 3 tbsp. sugar 3 tbsp. melted butter 3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese 3/4 c. sugar 3 eggs 1 c. mini chocolate chips 1 tsp. vanilla Mix crumbs, sugar and melted butter in bowl. Press into bottom of springform pan. In separate bowl mix cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer until well blended. Add 1 egg at a time. Blend in chips and vanilla. Pour over crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce to 250 degrees and bake for 35 minutes (9 inch pan) or 40-45 minutes (8 inch pan) or until cake springs back when touched lightly. Loosen cake from rim of pan and cool before removing rim from pan. Chill. |
