CARAMEL CORN 
5 qts. popped popcorn
Pecans
1 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Combine butter, salt, brown sugar and corn syrup and boil for 5 minutes. Add soda. Pour over popcorn. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
